Position Details:

The Manager, ESG & Sustainability, will help set strategy andlead a team that implements strategic portfolio programs including environmentally preferable product, diverse suppliers, product recalls management and export enablement across North America. You will report to the Sr. Director, Operations.

You Will:
  • Provide direction and guidance across the Supplier Stewardship team according to process and program management
  • Lead a team that executes against important projects related to program infrastructure and integrations
  • Identify opportunities to improve upon overall operations, systems and standards for information flow and management, business processes, and reporting
  • Analyze existing programs, perform best practice benchmark gap analysis, and provide insights into opportunities to improve outcomes
  • Design quality and efficiency projects to ensure best practices, and quality improvement
  • Develop updated process documentation and other tools to support execution
  • Lead the prioritization, planning, and deployment of large projects within the Supplier Stewardship team
  • Develop large vendor relationships
  • Manage and trains team members to ensure standardization and adherence to policies and best practices, create the analytics and capabilities required for successful Supplier Stewardship operations, and develop the measures of overall program effectiveness
  • Develop related communication, team branding and change management. Proficient in all aspects of communication including delivery of presentations
  • Develop in-depth understanding of business strategy and processes as it relates to strategic portfolio programs, diverse supply base, product recalls, and export enablement
  • Develop a team of performing leaders in the areas of: end-to-end understanding of the customer and business, analysis and with a commercial lens, and continuous improvement

You Have:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Project Management
  • Experience leading others in process analysis and redesign plans
  • Translate data into measurable action and present to leadership for evaluation and prioritization
  • Present complex processes in easy to understand terms to partners to gain approval and prioritization
  • Considerable skills in process improvement, business transformation, customer service, communication, and team building
  • Experience delivering operational results in a service environment
  • Create presentations and process flow diagrams in Visio or other software applications
  • Embrace change and have experience with process redesign
