Description:Responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs. Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams. Holds procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.Leads the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types.Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions including price, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts and required change activity. Basic Qualifications: Ability to lead projects & teams to execute Supply Chain subcontracts and sourcing activities in an executing capacity as a Purchasing agent/Buyer/Subcontract Administrator/Manager
Previous experience implementing change to improve processes
Ability to make strategic decisions while delivering results
Previous experience preparing and delivering presentations
Ability to obtain a US Security clearance
Ability to travel Desired Skills: Working knowledge of SAP and/or Procure to Pay (P2P)
Working knowledge of Procurement processes including Lockheed Martin Material Acquisition Procedures and FAR
Intermediate Excel skills
Ability to multi-task
Strong communication skills
Comfortable working in a team environment

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
