Robert Naylor is an independent consultant in leadership development, coaching, team building, strategy, strategic communications, and diversity. He also has more than three decades of experience as a reporter, editor, and executive for newspapers, television stations, and The Associated Press. His clients include businesses, academic institutions, nonprofits, arts organizations, and community service organizations. A native of Meridian, Mississippi, Robert received the 2012 Lifetime Achievement Award from the New York Association of Black Journalists. He has a bachelor's degree in journalism from Jackson State University and a master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.

Robert Naylor Coaching and Consulting, LLC was founded in 2012 with the simple idea of helping organizations increase individual performance and develop high potential leaders while also improving engagement, communication, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
