Tasks:

The CFA provides case file management services to properly track, manage, and coordinate open and closed investigations/cases.

  • Properly serialize and record documents into the database.
  • Utilize the tracker databases as needed.
  • Organize and separate serials by file number, sub-file number, and serial number.
  • File documents and maintain them in appropriate proper locations within the file room system.
  • Setting up and organizing the file room.
  • Ensure proper classification marking.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: B.S. degree.
  • Experience: Three (3) years of experience in casework
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, to include use of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook); organization skills; flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities

Citizenship: US Citizenship Required

Clearance: US DoD or DOJ Top Secret clearance required
