The Technical Training Coordinator is responsible for administration and expansion of training and qualification systems that meet AS9100 certification and support site requirements for safety, quality and productivity. The role will maintain and create training matrices, administer systems and maintain compliant records. This position requires professional judgement and complete working knowledge of technical standard, theories and concepts.

We've begun hiring for our third facility in the Huntsville area, a 379,000 sq.ft. manufacturing facility near the Huntsville airport that will specialize in the production and assembly of inert solid rocket motor components. We are also continuing to grow at our Huntsville center of excellence for Missile Solutions Program Management and Engineering, as well as our Advanced Manufacturing Facility in north Huntsville, where we produce advanced propulsion products.

80% - Training portfolio management - Evaluate site training needs for team member development and work with departments to ensure cross-trained and signed-off personnel
20% - Course development and presentation - Work with subject matter experts to develop course content and standardize delivery and evaluation
Bachelor's degree preferred in technical, human resources or L&D and experience managing training systems.
Experience in engineering, manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
Requires U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Permanent Residency or other status as a U.S. Person. Must be able to satisfy federal government requirements for access to government information, and having dual citizenship may preclude you from being able to meet this requirement.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
