Job Description:
IS4S is looking for a quality specialist who is also interested in a facility security officer (FSO) role. The quality role will include managing Government Property items, inspecting received manufactured components, and organizing various management tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented with excellent data gathering and analytic abilities. Problem solving is a key skill to identify and correct issues efficiently and effectively. Investigative abilities are essential to determine the root cause of issues. The quality specialist will identify patterns and trends to make recommendations for improvement. Effective communication is necessary to convey information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences. Strong writing skills are important to prepare reports and documentation. Above all a commitment to ensuring our products and services continue to meet or exceed our customer’s expectations.
Additionally, the quality role will include the handling of explosives during both test activities and yearly regulatory audits. Additionally, IS4S is looking for an assistant FSO to help with weekly security challenges. IS4S works closely with Air Force, Army, and Navy engineers and scientists to build advanced military systems. IS4S is looking for candidates who are self-starters, teachable, and able to learn new things as they work together with engineers and program managers to solve technical challenges.

Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of technical work
- Experience MS Office suite of products.
- Ability to work closely with a small, agile team
- Comfortable around explosive material
- Ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance
Desired Experience:
- Experience with being a Facility Security Officer (FSO)
- Experience quality management systems
- Experience in DoD weapons development or integration
- Experience in prototyping and manufacturing
