  • Estimated annual base pay:$59,600.00 - 74,500.00 (midpoint) - 89,400.00

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a AR Accounting Supervisor we have an exciting opportunity for you. This position reports to the Financial Shared Services Manager and is responsible for managing the company's Accounts Receivable (AR) function of the organization. The Supervisor will oversee the recording and collection of customer invoices, ensuring accurate and prompt processing and payment collection. This position also ensures that the AR process follows all accounting policies and procedures and complies with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage department resources through organizing, prioritizing and distributing work assignments. Provides necessary leadership, direction and coaching to staff members

  • Leadership of the AR team to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing; proper and timely cash application and payment collection.

  • Establish clear KPIs for AR team and ensure team is achieving goals, including data entry accuracy

  • Communicate aging and bad debt concerns to Shared Services Manager and take appropriate actions to address issues

  • Collaboration between Finance department and other departments including escalations when necessary

  • Actively identify and pursue continuous improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy

  • Identifies and solves technical and operational problems

  • Assist with annual financial audit, including preparation of audit schedules and responding to audit inquiries

  • Oversee the complete Accounts Receivable monthly close process

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or Related Field preferred

  • Associate degree in Accounting/Finance or Related Field or in lieu of Associates degree a Certificate of Accounting

  • 2-5 years experience in Accounts Receivable required

  • Experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred
