The contractor shall provide engineering support for the management, configuration, installation, and maintenance of a state-of-the-art UC/VTC network that provides Telepresence, videoconferencing, and teleconference services to enterprise customers around the world. Provide solutions to complex problems and top-level support for all h.323 and Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) systems. Provide operational support and performance analysis of global collaborative services, ensuring supporting infrastructure is stable and reliable.

• Maintains, configures, upgrades, and manages all UC/VTC infrastructure, including but not limited to, Video Communication Servers, Multipoint Control Units, call managers, content servers, telepresence management suites, line encryption devices, CODECS and UC soft-client solutions, to include virtualized appliances.
• Evaluates all IAVAs to determine impact to our environment and applies all firmware updates and patches to mitigate identified vulnerabilities.
• Applies STIGs as defined by ISSO and follows all other security requirements, such as scheduled password changes.
• Manages internal dial plans for all associated UC systems to ensure interoperability with external organizations across the DOD and Army.
• Works with system vendors for advanced troubleshooting and Return Material Authorization (RMA) processing.
• Assist with and provide input for the development of or updates to cybersecurity documentation as it relates to telepresence.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Three (3) years' experience in VTC / UC or highly related field
• Current CompTia Security + certification
• One or more of the following Certificates: CISSP, Network +, CCNP, CCIE, CCDE
• Expert level skills in configuring Cisco Licensing, Cisco Meeting App, Meeting Manager, Cisco Meeting Server
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• A secret security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.
