Summary of Position:

Twickenham Advisors is seeking a candidate who is highly organized, detail oriented, has a passion for serving others, and a capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Financial Services Operations Manager/Team Lead will play a crucial role in streamlining our daily operations, enhancing efficiency, and driving continuous improvement across different areas. You should possess exceptional leadership abilities, strong analytical skills, and an understanding of operational best practices. You will be a team player who can easily collaborate with partners and colleagues to achieve a common goal. This position requires strong ethical standards and a high level of confidentiality. You will report to the Managing Director. #LI-Onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with our goals and objectives
  • Evaluate existing operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvement initiatives
  • Streamline workflows and procedures to enhance efficiency and improve overall productivity
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics to track process effectiveness and identify areas for further optimization
  • Lead and mentor a team of operational professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to promote employee development and engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coordination and alignment of operational activities
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, highlighting operational performance and recommending applicable strategies
  • Manage Client Service process across entire business
  • Participate in projects focused on enhancing operational processes, implementing new technologies, or introducing best practices
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, latest technologies, and operational innovations, incorporating them into Twickenham Advisors' operational strategies

Requirements and Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build immediate relationships with personnel and clients
  • Flexible, collaborative, and willing to perform other tasks as assigned
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and organize workflow
  • 5+ years experience in an RIA firm preferred
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Suite
  • Experienced at building and managing teams and developing others
