Primary Function:

  • Responsible for Managing High-Volume, Robust Paid Search Program, Generating Both Customer and Prospect Revenue Growth within Spend and Revenue Targets
  • Execute Campaign Management and Performance Analysis Efforts to Maximize Paid Search Incremental Revenue Growth

You Will:

  • Lead Paid Search Campaign Management (Performance Analysis, Program Health Checks and Optimization Efforts) and Execute Rapid Testing Initiatives in Support of Incremental ROAS Goals
  • Prepare Performance Reports, Data Analyses and Optimization / Testing Recommendations
  • Work with Google, Microsoft, and Search Ads 360 Vendor Teams to Ensure PPC Program Objectives are Met, Troubleshoot Issues and Stay Informed of New Capabilities for Program Optimization
  • Grow and Optimize Keyword Portfolio through Rapid Testing: Data Analysis, Bid Strategy, Audience / Product, Ad Copy, Landing Page, etc.
  • Manage Paid Search Invoicing (Media, Vendor) and Accruals

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Computer Science, Advertising or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in managing large PPC programs for well-established online retailers
  • Agency or advertiser-side experience a plus
  • Strong understanding of search engine marketing process and best practices around campaign structure and optimization
  • Ability to navigate and generate reports from analytics suites such as Omniture, CoreMetrics and Google Analytics
  • Strong project and time management skills with attention to details and focus on quality of results
  • Experience collaborating between organic and paid search programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.)
