We are seeking a Senior Production Engineer/Analyst to provide production and manufacturing planning support to an Army production program. In this role, you will assist with technical program management to ensure that adequate planning and documentation is in place such that the program will meet established performance and production requirements and identify trends in production and performance parameters in a timely manner.The individual will lead a program through design, development, and initial production ensuring that proper planning and analysis is completed in order to set the program up for success. Specific responsibilities may also include developing and overseeing production line validation events, supporting design reviews, participating in production configuration audits, conducting data analysis, and reporting program results and conclusions formally and informally through technical reports, briefings, memos, and white papers.This role will also include involvement in quality and reliability aspects of the program as needed. This person will be supporting special analysis teams, Integrated Project Teams (IPTs), Production Readiness Reviews (PRRs) and Failure Review Boards (FRBs). You will be involved in manufacturing planning, development of Statements Of Work (SOWs), proposal technical evaluations, and Department of Defense Manufacturing Readiness level assessments.

Required

  • BS or BA degree
  • Minimum 16 years' experience in quality, manufacturing, production planning and/or industrial operations
  • Some travel
  • 10 years of relevant DOD production experience
  • Working knowledge of Army procurement requirements
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
