Job Summary

Our team is looking for an IT Program Manager II for a Federal contract supporting application development and sustainment, cybersecurity, and data and systems administration for the Navy's Submarine Maintenance Engineering Planning and Procurement (SUBMEPP) program. This full-time position, located in Portsmouth, NH, will serve as the management representative for the overall management and completion of assigned tasks for the project. The position work location is at the client's worksite.

As with any position, additional expectations exist. Some of these are, but are not limited to, adhering to normal working hours, meeting deadlines, following company policies as outlined by the Employee Handbook, communicating regularly with assigned supervisor(s), and staying focused on the assigned tasks including company meetings, and completing other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

The IT Program Manager II is the customer point of contact and responsible for overseeing large teams of IT professionals to ensure timely completion and quality product delivery for all contract requirements. Provides daily oversight of contractor staff, maintains schedules, and facilitates weekly status meetings with the Government customer. Reports on metrics and contract execution weekly, including risks and forecasting work priorities 4 weeks in advance.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience managing IT services contracts for DoD clients
• IAM Level II Certification (CAP or CASP+ CE)
• Must be United States Citizen
• Must undergo a background investigation
• Secret Clearance Required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• PMP Certification
