Essential Functions

1. AD Diagnostics Pathway Educational Campaign and Tactics

  • Develop, implement, and manage Global diagnostic pathway educational strategy, campaign, and tactics in concert with the Global Leqembi brand marketing team.

  • Drive alignment between Global and regional/country marketing teams' diagnostic education efforts, and facilitate local adaptation as required

  • Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues including Medical, Market Access, Legal, and Regulatory as required

2. Management of Diagnostic Company Partnership Field Programs

  • In collaboration with country marketing teams, support field-level partnerships with external laboratory diagnostic companies by developing and implementing shared market-facing resources as appropriate

  • As necessary, manage regional and/or global field-level partnership activities to ensure global efficiency and country-level effectiveness

  • Identify and leverage additional partnership opportunities to drive uptake of new confirmatory blood tests for Alzheimer's Disease

3. Administration

  • Manage contracts and budgets for diagnostics pathway education projects.

  • Completes all required training.

  • Participates in required Spark for Change and Eisai human health care initiatives.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required

(Describe the following criteria necessary to effectively perform the position:

  • Minimum level of education and years of relevant work experience,
  • Special knowledge or skills needed and/or licenses or certificates required,
  • Physical requirements

Education: BS minimum

Experience: 8+ years relevant experience in the diagnostic industry, or in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry with a diagnostics focus

Requirements:

  • Experience commercializing laboratory diagnostics, including novel blood assay launch experience.

  • Strong grasp on how to effectively engage HCPs on diagnostic testing as well as expertise in developing effective HCP-facing communication tools.

  • Strong scientific aptitude and the ability to communicate complex scientific and technical concepts clearly and simply to varied audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and drive initiatives in a matrix environment and with external partners and vendors.

  • Experience working with/in markets outside of the US is a plus.

  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
