Job Summary:

The CCA Operations Manager is responsible for deploying long-term objectives set forth by Senior Management with an emphasis on operational excellence to optimize sales while continuing to develop and improve core Standard Operating Procedures, tracking, and reporting of critical data metrics across all airports and the Signature Flight Support portfolio. They will support all functions of airport advertising programs remotely, working directly with our on-site Operations Managers while aligning National and Local/Regional Standard Operating Procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Regional Operations Lead: Airports to create, measure and report on key performance indicators related to the performance and service of our advertising program assets and in-field Operations Managers
  • Ensure highest level of quality control for advertising program assets, service level to airport partners, internal sales teams, and advertising clients across the national and regional market portfolio.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and processes by our in-field Operations teams to deliver consistent quality service.
  • Assist Regional Operations Managers in management of capital budgets (short term and long- range budget forecasts) across the local/regional and National market portfolios for revenue generating resources and ongoing operational expenses.
  • Support market capital projects where needed including collaboration with CCO Procurement in sourcing ad program displays.
  • Work with CCO legal department to develop Independent Contract Agreement or Master Service Agreement language, requirements, and terms for both Airport Certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (ACDBE) and non-ACDBE contractors across the CCA portfolio.
  • Manage in-field Operations contractor and vendor insurance compliance with CCO Risk Management

Primary Responsibilities for FBO Airports:

  • Overall management of Advertising Program operations for our Signature Flight Support portfolio.
  • Work closely with the portfolio Market Lead to facilitate and execute sales campaigns within each airport.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Airport Management and facilities staff.
  • Manage and maintain all inventory within the Advertising Program to 'like new' condition.
  • Manage inventory specifications and install/removal costs within internal CCA database.
  • Develop and deploy any plan of action required to repair or replace static or digital inventory as needed.
  • Work with Airport Digital Media Manager to monitor digital advertising networks in each airport as it relates to uploaded client content for digital sales contracts through the Airport Adportal System.
  • Vet, hire and oversee 3rd party contractors and vendors to facilitate signage repair/maintenance, inspections and installations as needed.
  • Facilitate the procurement of Proof of Performance photographs for posted client creative in accordance with CCA Industry standards through local service reps, contractors, or airport staff.
