C3BM Senior Systems Analyst

Purpose:

Valkyrie Enterprises is seeking a C3BM Senior Systems Analyst in Huntsville, AL. In this role you will get to engage in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs. You will also participate in reviews and assessments of C2BMC engineering products and documentation.

Job Description:

Assist with engineering risk management processes to identify, quantify, and characterize C2BMC risks. Represent MDA/BC position in risk management meetings and activities.
Maintain familiarity with agency failure review processes and support emergent test and operational issue investigation/resolution such as FRBs (process, coordination and technical assessments).
Provide systems engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts between MDA/BC, BC contractors, and MDS Elements.
Provide integrated technical risk assessments for flight test, technical, variance, cyber, and programmatic risks to inform C2BMC participation/performance requirements for flight test, ETRs, OCB, or Technical Capability Declaration (TCD) decisions.
Develop and update systems engineering plans, processes, and procedures for C2BMC multi-spiral applications. Maintain and update the MDA/BC Chief Engineer Weekly Status Report. Prepare data and information for documents including risk management plans and internal /external ICD management plans.

Qualifications:

Must have 7+ years of experience
Must have a bachelor's degree
Must have the ability to work independently within a dynamic environment
Must have proficiency in system engineering and execution processes
Must be able to apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations
Must have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

Desired Qualifications:

Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment
Work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment
Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts

Security Requirements:

Must be able to maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.

Travel Requirements:

Occasional travel; 10% or less.
If position requires travel by domestic flight or access to secure federal facilities/military bases, candidate must be able to obtain (by start of position) and maintain appropriate identification credentials, such as REAL ID.
