Position: Application Support Analyst
Client: Leading home healthcare services provider.
Location: West Deerfield, IL. Hybrid. Must be able to work onsite 1 day a week
Contract to hire - 6 month contract period.

Pay: $21.00-$27.00 hr.

As an Application Support Analyst, you'll be an important part of our team responsible for keeping our proprietary SAP applications running smoothly. You'll be the go-to person to solve issues and improve the performance of our system. Your work is crucial to keep our business-critical applications operating at their best, and your contribution will have a direct impact on our organizational success.

What You'll Do:
  • Monitor and maintain application systems and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Handle user queries and issues, providing first and second level support and escalating complex issues to senior IT staff as necessary.
  • Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP application updates and patches.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify, diagnose, and resolve application issues.
  • Basic understanding of SQL; must be able to understand, execute and use pre-built scripts;
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
  • Document all technical procedures and user guides for applications supported.
  • Train and guide users on new features and functionalities.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and user satisfaction.

What You'll Bring:
  • 1+ year of Technical Support experience or internship experience is highly desired. A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field will be considered in place of experience. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge of SAP software or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Basic understanding of SQL and ability to perform data queries.
  • Experience with Active Directory management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
